| The Structural Engineers Association of Rhode Island (SEARI) formed in 1998 is a non-profit organization established to pursue common interests of practicing structural engineers and others sharing an interest in the activities of structural engineers. SEARI is a member of the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA). SEARI Upcoming Events Sept 18, 2012: Geo-Instruments Lecture The Regional Manager, Steve Pennington, of Geo-Instruments will be giving a presentation on structural monitoring to measure movement, pressure, and other variables of structures, soils, and rock.
